Administrative Assistant
Location: Parkdale, Toronto, ON

Cyan Station is engaged with the social housing sector, helping to support the creation and upgrading of affordable housing across the GTA….and there is a lot of work to do!
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us with our organizational and project administration tasks. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized , a problem solver and able to respond quickly to changing needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Performing general communications tasks with clients and partners
- Scheduling appointments and site visits
- Summarizing project requirements and regulations
- Helping to prepare proposals for the team
- Assisting with preparing and tracking construction contracts & schedules
- General filing and document management
- Traveling around the Greater Toronto Area to pick up and drop off documents and samples
- Assisting with finding new projects and opportunities
- Assisting with filling out reporting templates
- The role is remote, but the candidate is expected to attend a weekly team meeting and come into the office weekly, to perform tasks in the studio
- Researching products and project examples
Qualifications:
- Strong communications and customer service skills
- Self-starter with experience in project problem solving
- Highly organized with strong analytical and logistical planning skills
- Able to work with a small team and handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Willing to travel around the GTA (travel mode of choice)
- Ideally has some experience working in the architecture and/or construction sectors
- Experience with Google Suite, Adobe products

Compensation and Terms:
- $21-$27/hour, based on experience
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week, but may increase depending on our project load
- 6 Month Contract starting October 1 2025 until March 31 2026
- Contract is renewable
